- Farm-made Yogurt and Granola served with our own or local fruits
- Local, house smoked salmon and home grown asparagus and pepper jack omelet
- Seasonal fruit plate (home grown and local fruits when available)
- Wallowa County cured bacon, sausage or pancetta with local free range organic eggs (all humanely raised!)
- House-baked assorted breads/muffins and scones
- Locally roasted Barking Mad Blend daily ground coffee from Motley Brew Coffee located in Joseph
