- Barking Mad Farm bacon, sausage, or ham or wild caught smoked-salmon

- Freshly ground, fair-trade coffee and assorted teas

Assortment of spectacular mains:
- French toast style lemon cream cheese croissants
- Barking Mad Benedict with farm eggs and sausage
- Wild-caught smoked salmon, home grown asparagus, and pepper jack omelet
- Fresh raspberry crepes with creme fraiche, huckleberry drizzle, and toasted almonds
- Sweet potato pancakes with cinnamon mascarpone, candied nuts, and bacon
